I have modified CyanogenMod's "Trebuchet" Launcher(s) to enable the rotation.
So Here is CyanogenMod 10.1 Trebuchet launcher with rotation (Android 4.2.x):
Notice that I am using Motorola Mod so that's why the softkeys is in some point invisible....
Also CM10.1 Trebuchet launcher is using ?"Zoom In"? transition.

How To Install:
Install as normal app or move it to /system/app/ and change permissions to "rw- r-- r--"
