i want to compile kernel3.

git clone -n git://github.com/KB-JetDroid/JetKernel_3.0.git
git checkout //???
copy gt_s8000_defconfig to .config
then ./build.sh
--------
but there is a bug:
mm/page-writeback.c: In function 'write_cache_pages':
mm/page-writeback.c:863: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.
See <http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html> for instructions.
make[1]: *** [mm/page-writeback.o] 错误 1
make: *** [mm] 错误 2

i just add "//" like this:
page-writeback.c 960 line:
//BUG_ON(PageWriteback(page));
then compile success.

Make sure that you checkout the "exp-android-s3c64xx-KB" branch.
Try with the config file from the attached zip.

You can get my JetPlatform from here.
The above page also contains the instructions to build.
However the current platform code there, is not updated hence I'm not sure if all features will work.
I need quite cleaning before pushing the current code.

Do you want to work on any feature? Let me know and I'll try to help you on that.

You really booted from tf instead of internal NAND? That is great... :) I don't think anyone else even tried that. It sounds interesting. Can you tell me what all changes you did for it? I might give it a try as well...

That's the key. You might take look at these tutorials. These have all the things needed at one place and will help you understand the things better.

I successfully installed this driver and is working very well. :D
In my Jét also the Mic used by Google Search and Google Play work :D
This driver is also the battery driver, because when I connected the Jét at the Eletric Power Android mean that the battery is charging. :D
I left the Jét connected when it was at 70% and now I'm away from home.
When I come back to home I update you with the status of battery.
If it is still 70% I think that the driver is functionally incomplete. ;)

You are right. The battery driver is not complete. It will always show 70%. Currently it is just able to detect whenever a charger is connected. For the jet, the battery voltage is captured by the Baseband(modem) processor. So untill we have working modem driver, correct battery percentage cannot be displayed.
