What you "just" (more than a month ago sorry for the long time) did is right. If it doesnt work you can try deleting the app first.

If you want to have a better app logo: better resolution etc. use the file below.

open the .jar file with a unzipper and replace the i.png file

On some other forum I read that Opera mini is not a safe browser, cause it uses some particular protocols.. I didn't understand much of the tech things, but anyways, now I'd like to find some good alternative to this browser :cry:

Opera Mini 7.1 for Jét:
Go to m.opera.com on your Jét's browser to download Opera Mini 7.1 (or newer..) for Jét.

I don't really use my Jét because I have a Galaxy Nexus but because my Nexus is in the phone service right now, I have to use my Jét for some time..

I don't like Jét's browser (dolphin browser), so I installed the Opera mini 7.1 and it is awesome, it also have its own keyboard which is similar to Android's LatinIME keyboard which is really good!

Opera browser is also for Android but I have not tested it yet on my Jét.
