Sorry to interrupt the weather guys, but I'd like to know a simple and objective: How do I make my wifi work on my JetDroid?

Hi imatheussm,

Let me get your problem first.
Have you followed the thread and got the latest binary mentioned in one of the post?
http://www.jetdroid.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=91&start=80#p1214
Or you have all the necessary files mentioned in above post and getting an error while using them?
If this is the case can you mention what error you are getting? If possible, a kernel or android log would help.

Hi Imatheussm,

You need to copy the files on Ext3 partition you have created for JetDroid.
Connect your phone in Mass Storage Mode (Samsung OS).
(Assuming you are accessing your phone in Ubuntu/Virtual Box.)
Download the tar file from the below link.
http://uppit.com/vw08kvm35c19/Wifi_working.tar.gz
Extract all files and folders somewhere locally.
Then select all files and folders present inside "Wifi_working" folder and copy them on your Ext3 partition of SD card where you have JetDroid installed.
It will ask if you want to replace few of the files/folders. Select Replace All/ Merge All.
Now turn On the phone in JetDroid mode. Try to turn On wifi. It should work.

Do not know if it was the wifi that did it, but since I put it, the phone was very unstable ... the process system is crashing constantly ... I still can not test the wifi. What can I do to fix this?

Hi again, folks ... what's going on: my wifi, I put on my JetDroid, but whenever I try to start it the phone crashes and restarts ... has some way to fix this?

Not wanting to change the subject too, but I'm also having difficulty putting the USB into JetDroid ... can you help me with that?

Thanks,
